Above are some photos of our beautiful families.

The first photo was taken on our recent trip to Melbourne where we said our goodbyes to Matt's Mum, Russ, Dad, brother Dan and neice Jessica. We also managed to catch up with all his mates on Saturday night for an Italian feast cooked by Paul!

The second photo is of Pippa's family at their hobby farm in Macclesfield. Despite the rainy weather, we had a delicious Aussie BBQ to bid us farewell on our adventure ahead and wish Miles and Richard a happy b'day.

We will certainly miss you all!!

Life is crazy preparing for our big adventure ahead! Today we purchased our mozzie net, purification tabs, camera bits, travel bag, appropriate clothing and more! We also managed to move half a house load of Pippa's stuff, followed by an evening of setting up our laptop, paying bills, doing our weekly washing and adding more to our 'to do list'.

During crazy days like this, it's great to look at this photo. It trasports us to a relaxed, calm and beautiful space. We took this photo on our Great Ocean Road car trip a few months ago. Breakfast on the beach to watch the sunrise..ahhh...bliss!

Things are crazy at the moment. We have so much to do and so little time to make it happen. Have posted a photo taken by a previous volunteer in Vanuatu to test this blog. More interesting stories will follow I am sure!
